All delivery costs will be charged based on carrier pricing the weight and the delivery location of the package. The choice of a courier depends on the size of the shipment. 

What is Pre-Ordering? Pre-Ordering allows you to get a significantly better price. You order an item before it reaches our warehouse.  All pre-order are discounted at 15% and estimated delivery within 6-12 weeks from order. 

Pickup in person is possible by prior arrangement between 09:00 and 15:00

In house order delivery time (including delivery) is from 2 to 14 business days - if the goods are in stock. In other cases, the approximate delivery time is given in the catalog card.

The shipping time depends on the availability of the goods in our warehouse and the selected payment method.

Verification of the parcel upon receipt from the courier: We recommend checking the parcel in the presence of the courier, check that the contents have not been damaged during transport.

In the event that the delivered parcel has been damaged, contains mechanical damage or is inconsistent with the order, please write down the damage report in the presence of the courier. In this case, the buyer should refuse to accept the damaged item.

The report should include the date and time of delivery, a detailed description of any damage or possible shortages of the goods as well as a description of the condition of the packaging - e.g. information on dents, damage to the tape, breaking the packaging.

The report must be signed by the Buyer and the Courier.

Contract Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. Please contact us via email at You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back, we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.

Where goods are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the goods you ordered to us to be able to exercise this right.
