Rattan furniture does not require any special care. The furniture can be easily maintained with a cloth and a mild cleaning agent or even without it

Rattan furniture is intended for indoor use or should be used outdoors under a roof, as natural rattan does not like moisture and stands in the rain. Rain can cause bruising and discolouration of the material.

Prolonged exposure to intense UV radiation can cause fading and weakening of rattan. Place furniture in places protected from direct sunlight or use sunshades.
